Since our Exifix Custom Commerce Package and Ready Templates are one-time payment solutions with ongoing annual renewals, we prioritize revisions over refunds. This ensures that you receive a website that fully meets your needs rather than an immediate refund. Our revision policy includes:

• Free Revisions Within 14 Days:

  If the delivered website does not meet your initial requirements, we offer free revisions within the first 14 days after project completion.

• Scope of Revisions:

  Revisions include design adjustments, minor feature modifications, and content tweaks. However, major structural changes or additional functionalities beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional costs.

• Post-Revisions Satisfaction Guarantee:

  If the revised version still does not meet your requirements, we will discuss further options to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Failure to Deliver:

  If we are unable to deliver your website within the agreed timeframe due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.

• Technical Infeasibility:

  If we determine that your requested features are technically impossible to implement after project initiation, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the work completed.
